RHS Senior Ethan Weston has recently started posting bible verse content on his Instagram page in hopes of encouraging more individuals to participate in the activity.
“I’ve been posting videos for about three weeks to a month now. So the first two weeks I was just like a Bible verse without my face in it. Then the last like two weeks recently I’ve been talking about the Bible verse and kind of explaining what it means. What inspired me is Drip King and all those types of people. It makes me, like, I was always wanting to do it and it makes me kind of feel good when I do it. So that’s kind of how I started doing it,” said Weston.
Weston aspires to inspire others with his content and has set goals for himself to achieve in the future, through posting.
“In the future, I would hope to maybe collaborate with other people. Like, I explain the Bible verse where they read the Bible verse kind of, like, just two people at once, or maybe collaborating with, like, bigger people. That would be, like, the goal. But as of right now, just post more, get more people to view it. I really hope that a lot more people see it and start to read the Bible more and enjoy the Word of God, kind of like how I do. I know it’s not for everybody, but I really hope a lot more people start to go that direction because it made me feel good. I hope a lot more people start to feel good when doing the same thing,” said Weston.
