Roseville’s favorite little feline has finally found his forever home. After months of staying in the Placer SPCA, Zack the cat was adopted into a family that fit his personality.
“Zack went to a family that connected with him instantly, they visited the adoption center and noticed him and got to meet him and decided that they wanted him to be apart of their family, of course there are parts that are confidential but he went to a family with a quiet home that is going to allow him to be comfortable,” Isabelle Struckman said.
Students grieve the visits Zack used to pay on campus but are overall happy he is in a safe environment.
“I am very distraught because the cat was like our mini mascot of the school,” Danira Marcos Martinez said. “I’m very glad that the cat found a new home, I hope he’s safe cause the man was out and about in the school.”
“It’s kind of sad because I miss him being at the school but I think if he’s happy with his family then it’s a lot better for him,” Patrick Wiltz said.
The SPCA is glad to know that Zack is at last in a secure placement where he can best express himself and they hope for more updates in the future.
“We are always super excited when an animal gets to go home to their forever family and we hope that he is doing well in his home, so we are glad to have him gone because it means that he is comfortable in his new forever home. So far we know that he is doing very well, and hopefully we will get some more updates in the future but as of now we know that he is doing very good,” Struckman said.
