This last Friday night, the varsity boys soccer team defeated the Antelope Titans 2-0. This maintained Roseville’s first place position in the CVC and continued their now 7 game undefeated streak. Previously to this game, the Titans were the only team the tigers lost to, yet they overcame this and managed to come out on top. Senior Ryan Kwong believes it was an incredibly important for the team to win due to their past outcomes against the Titans.

“Going into the game was really nerve racking since we had only ever lost to them in league,” Kwong said. “But now that we’ve beaten them hopefully we can continue to win against the rest of the teams that we’ve already defeated.”

The tigers now look onto this Tuesday against the Bella Vista Broncos, the team currently in 3rd in the CVC.
