Missing shipment of psychology textbooks found

A set of brand new AP Psychology textbooks, which had been deemed missing since their delivery last June, have recently been found.

According to AP Psychology teacher Mark Andreatta, retrieving the textbooks wasn’t considered a priority.

“We asked about it in the beginning of the year, but with all those other things going on, it was just one of those things that got lost in the shuffle.”

Andreatta and fellow AP Psychology Jessica Fork took the opportunity to go through the textbooks and decide how they would integrate them into their respective classes. Andreatta hadn’t tailored the curriculum to fit the books, as the differences rested largely in structure and sequence, so classes continued with few interruptions.

“It will be better in the long run.” Andreatta said. “ It gave us time to look them over as opposed to rushing into it.”

Andreatta and Fork plan to make use of the new textbooks next semester.
