Last Saturday Marvel gave us a full fledged look into Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 with a trailer. All I can say is this trailer was awesome! It really shows that director James Gunn is going to keep these movies in the same direction as the original. With funny interaction between Rocket Racoon and the ever so cute Baby Groot over a bomb Rocket had in his backpack, or the conversation at the end of the trailer with the introduction of the character Mantis reading Star Lord’s mind and Drax making fun of him. The trailer also showed us that there will be of course another awesome mix as it introduced with another classic song to go with it in “Fox on the Run” by Sweet. This trailer did everything right in not revealing too much but revealing just enough to please the fans and leave them excited unlike past trailers for movies that have given away to much of the plot.

From director Michael Bay we have received a trailer for Transformers 5:The Last Night and to say the least it looks pretty awful. You know…just like the last four Transformers movies. The trailer starts off showing a devastated earth from the war between man and machine. Optimus Prime is frozen floating through space so it appears he won’t be a prevalent character or knowing these movies he’ll probably show up by the end of the movie. Bumblebee makes an appearance. Then we see Mark Walhberg who first appeared in Transformers 4: Age of Extinction and was pretty much the only okay thing about that movie. But even then he really was not that great in that movie. Then a giant planet thing shows up which appears to be Unicron, the planet eating transformer who wants nothing but the destruction of all life in the universe. Then, what do you know, Optimus Prime shows up except now he’s evil and attacking Marky Mark and Bumblebee. These movies are getting pretty tiring and let’s be honest, the only reason they did well money wise was off of merchandise.
