The Performance of the Week for the week of Sept. 19-25 was the varsity boys water polo team’s 16-5 blowout win over the Antelope Titans. This marked the boys’ second win in a row and was the second game of their 2-0 start in league.

According to junior Peter Edmondson, the Tigers ran their offense very efficiently and effectively which allowed them to achieve an early lead over the Titans.

“We were able to control the game on the offensive end and put the game out of reach quickly,” Edmondson said.

The convincing lead gave everybody on the team a chance to play and excel in an in-game environment which, according to captain junior Kyle Gard, was crucial to the boys’ confidence levels at the beginning of the season.
