Yesterday, the other new gen console we’ve been waiting for, the PlayStation 5, was released and as expected it sold out almost immediately everywhere, just like the Xbox Series X. Like Microsoft, Sony has two versions of their new gen console to choose from: One with a disc slot, and one that is completely digital. However, unlike the Series X and Series S, there is no size or storage difference. There is still a difference in price of $100. The PlayStation 5 is retailing at a price of $499, and its digital edition is retailing at $399. Now that both of the new gen consoles are out, which one will you be buying this holiday season? Look out for posts from our entertainment Instagram and Twitter accounts to comment below to let us know.

In other entertainment news, also released today is Insomniac games’ PlayStation exclusive game, Spider-Man Miles Morales. We’ve touched on this before and we know that this is the sequel to the first Spider-Man game that came out in 2018, and one of the most highly anticipated games of 2020. If you pre-ordered it, you will be receiving a Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse suit as a thank you. Spider-Man Miles Morales is retailing for $49.99, and if you’re interested, its Ultimate edition is retailing for $69.99, which includes a remaster of the first Spider-Man game.
