Kelly Capell received the distinction of RJUHSD teacher of the year after she was nominated by RHS staff as Roseville’s candidate.

“It was a huge honor. I’m following in some awesome footsteps, because we have had some amazing teachers here receive it,” Capell said. It also just means so much coming from the staff. These are people that I have worked with for quite a while and they have encouraged me and taught me and shaped me as a teacher so it’s just an incredible honor.”
