In this edition of Eye of the Tiger, Rileigh Shull and Ryley Metten anchor. Yesterday, students and teachers in the 500 and 600 wing classrooms returned from break and were greeted by new desks. These ten classrooms now feature desks with detachable chairs. Over thanksgiving break winter sports kicked off with boys and girls basketball opening their season last Wednesday. Girls played Sheldon at home and boys played Del Campo away. Both team fell with girls losing 57-43 and boys losing with a score of 76-64. On Saturday boys basketball bounced back and got a substantial win over Natomas with a score 84-73. Varsity girls basketball player Lolana Madrid made a special connection this summer with Kobe Bryant. The fall guitar show is this Thursday. the show begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Patti Baker Theater, admission is free, and one RHS student receives a fashion sponsorship from an international brand.
