“I chose UCLA because I love LA and I have a really good connection with all the coaches there and I feel they can develop me to my highest potential,” Alger said. “I fell in love once I stepped on the campus, the weather is great there and my grandparents live 30 minutes from the school and was just a better all around for academics and athletics and I love the coaches there.”

UCLA is 3rd in their conference behind Oregon state and Stanford and Number 1 nationally ranked in their recruitings. So far this season for UCLA they have played 41 games with 253 runs with a batting average of .284 an on base percentage of .378 and 31 Home Runs.
